Kai Pai are super proud winners at the New Zealand Vegan Pie Awards 2019 – Winning a total of 3 awards for our vegan pies!
Our team spent many hours perfecting the recipes for these pies – knowing that our vegan customers still want a pie that is both filling and satisfying.
These awards reflect our ongoing commitment to making the best pies in New Zealand, all from our South Island bakery in Wanaka.

Kai Pai was a major winner at the 2019 Awards: New Zealand Bakers Supreme Pie Awards. We were proud to win Gold for our Chicken Leek & Bacon Pies which was a huge honour for our whole team.
The awards continued with placing in the Top 4 for both our Vegetarian & Commercial Mince & Cheese Pies. We also placed 5th for our Mince & Cheese Pies & 6th Place for Steak & Gravy.
