How long have you worked for Kai Pai?
Since we began in 2010, as a small retail bakery in Queenstown.
Where are you based?
I split my time between our Factory in Wanaka, and Sydney where the rest of my family are based.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
Getting up everyday at 6am to see how I can support Jason with his passion.
Where will we find you on the weekends?
Going on long walks with my family and ending up at a nice place for lunch

How do you eat your pies, what’s your technique? – Bag on, small bites at a time, and then cleanup of what’s left in the bag!
