Where are you based?
Rakaia is home, but I am often found in my company ute travelling around our beautiful country visiting all our stockists and distributors.
Whats the favourite part of your job?
Travelling and seeing new people everyday. Working in a positive family environment.
Where will we find you on the weekends/holidays/after work?
At home, sewing, I love to upcycle clothes, sailing or travelling on our bus. I love to work in my vege garden. Time with family, playing board games, sailing, watching a movie, Country Calendar, Mash or Rookie
Favourite Kai Pai Pie flavour? Lamb and Mint
If you had to choose only one of the Kai Pai Savouries flavours to eat, which would it be? Bacon and Egg
Tomato Sauce on your pie or no?? Yes, depends on pie, BBQ Sauce though.
What’s your Pie eating technique? 🙂
Depends. If I am driving then always in the bag, if at home on a plate with a knife and fork. Sauce or relish only depends on pie. They are usually too good to add anything to.
“I love the team we have, and how if ever there is any issue we sort it straight away directly from Ian (Director) or Jason (Head Baker) to the customer. The company is really flexible. My work trips can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, and sometimes in the North Island, so family will come with me in our house bus, it’s so great when they are with me and our home comes too, our dog Jasper and cat Dozer. It’s a great way to work but stay connected with family and happy. 😊 Kai Pai is the best company I have ever worked for, I’m a very happy camper.”
