How long have you worked for Kai Pai?
Gosh, be about 10+ years with having started at The Doughbin Bakery in Wanaka first.
Where are you based?
I work from home, on a farm halfway between Winton and Gore.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Having very flexible and understanding bosses and getting to see the continued growth of the business over the last 10 years.
Where will we find you on the weekends/holidays/after work?
Attending to my part-time (unofficial) role as Junior Shepherd on the farm my partner manages. Or finding activities to burn off the never-ending energy of my 2.5 year old twins!!
Favourite Kai Pai Pie flavour? Steak & Pepper
If you had to choose only one of the Kai Pai Savouries flavours to eat, which would it be? Potato Top – included in the Mixed Savouries Party Pack and Catering Packs.
You can only have one – would you choose a Pie or Donut? Definitely Donut.
Tomato Sauce on your pie or no?? No way, makes the pastry soggy.
